Not sugar for its own sake. This is the creaminess of frozen milk, the toasted green of crushed pistachio, and the faint caramel that gathers where the kulfi meets the mould. A dessert you remember rather than one you are eating.

- Base Soft caramel, vanilla, warm musk
Wears close and plush. Best in cool air, when the creaminess has something to push against.
